Jeff Cox is the author of the forthcoming Summer Cookbook from John Wiley & Sons, Spring, 2010. He’s the author of The Organic Cook’s Bible, also from Wiley, plus 17 other books on food, wine, and gardening. You can find out more about his books at www.jeffcox.net.
Jeff is also a contributing editor of The Wine News and Horticulture magazines, and writes frequently for Decanter magazine in London. Through his career, he’s worn many hats, including newspaper reporter and editor, commercial artist, singer-songwriter, and last–and definitely least–as a waiter and dishwasher in restaurants. He keeps his ties to the restaurant world these days by writing weekly restaurant reviews for the Santa Rosa Press Democrat, a New York Times Company newspaper.
